Welcome to the Training Website for the Pea Ridge Fire Department. All training information for both fire and EMS training will be disseminated through this site. Reference information, videos, and many other resources will be added on a continual basis in order to allow, full-time, part-time, and volunteer personnel to find the training information and plans needed. ANNOUNCEMENTS

  • EMS Refresher has been completed.
  • The NREMT and Arkansas EMS license recertification has been completed for 3/31/24.
  • Fire Training Posted for April 2024.
  • May EMS training will be over Pharmacologically Assisted Intubation.
  • Annual six month PAI refresher has been scheduled with Dr. Johnson for May 13, 2024 at 0830.

Chief Clint Bowen

Chief Clint Bowen graduated from Rogers High School in 1992 and attended Northwest Arkansas Community College.  His passion for public service led him to take courses in Criminals Justice, Fire Science, and Paramedicine.  He first joined the Pea Ridge Fire Department as a volunteer in the early 1990’s until he was hired on full time with the Rogers Fire Department in December of 1997 as a Firefighter/EMT.  
He completed paramedic school in 2001.  On June 16, 2005, Clint was selected as a new member of the Rogers Fire Department Technical Rescue Team.  Chief Bowen promoted to the rank of Captain with the Rogers Fire Department on June 18, 2006.  In his time with the Rogers Fire Department, Chief Bowen has served on the Technical Rescue, Regional Hazmat, and Special Operations teams, serving as Coordinator during different times.  He was also one of the inaugural members of the helicopter-based water rescue squad created in conjunction with the state’s Urban Search and Rescue Team and the Arkansas National Guard.  In January of 2021, he was promoted to the rank of Battalion Chief with the Rogers Fire Department and assigned to the Field Operations Division as the Tour Commander for A-Platoon were he resides full time.
In January of 2023 Chief Bowen accepted the position as the part time Chief of the Pea Ridge Fire Department.
